Stringing activities are a great quiet time project and a good way to improve hand eye coordination for little ones! To make this activity, you just need some wooden beads (20mm is a good size, I used these but these colorful beads would be good too), string (shoe laces work great, but I used this parachute cord), and a little bag to pack them up in, I just used a little muslin drawstring bag. Cut your string twice the length of all the beads and tie a double knot in one end before handing it over to the little ones to start stringing.
Enjoy!
