Sprouted Grain Toast: 3 Ways

Toast is one of my go to breakfasts on weekends and a great vegetarian staple because there are just so many ways you can eat it! Is toast kind of in this year? I feel like I'm seeing it more and more. Sometimes I serve it with avocado or egg but lately I've been on a sweet toast kick. I mostly use sprouted grain bread because it's higher in protein and fiber and sprouting the grains before baking has a lot of health benefits. That said, you can always use a good old fashioned baguette too. Here are three of my favorite ways to fix up my toast these days. Enjoy!

ALMOND BUTTER TOAST

Top toast with a spread of plain almond butter, a drizzle of honey, some pink himalayan salt, and fresh raspberries.

PEACH RICOTTA TOAST

Top toast with whole milk ricotta cheese, a drizzle of honey, fresh peach slices, and lemon zest.

STRAWBERRY RICOTTA TOAST

Spread toast with whole milk ricotta, a drizzle of honey, fresh strawberries, and sliced almonds.
