Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite things to have for a quick breakfast or snack. They're the perfect plant based food and so easy to make! I love topping mine with nut butters, coconut, fresh fruit, or sometimes just granola (my fave is Trader Joe's ancient grain granola). Today I'm sharing my go to recipe for raspberry smoothie bowls. RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
2 cups frozen raspberries and strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
Toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, nut butter, coconut butter, chia seeds, shredded coconut, granola, honey, and chopped nuts.
Blend smoothie ingredients in blender until well blended, scraping frozen fruit down when needed. Add a little extra almond milk if needed. Pour into bowl and top with your favorite foods. Enjoy!
